We are looking for a highly driver Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to corporates, industries and commercial establishments.
This role is focused on lead generation, client meetings, and pipeline building - not hardcore technical sales.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with Facility Managers, Admin Heads, Maintenance Heads, and Purchase Teams
- Generate leads via:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn outreach
- Site visits
- Referrals
Client Meetings
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients
- Briefly explain company services:
- Electrical Safety Audits
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Panel & Electrical Projects
Database & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients
- Track daily activities in CRM / Excel:
- Calls made
- Meetings booked
- Leads generated
Market Research
- Identify potential industries:
- Commercial buildings
- Hospitals
- Banks
- Factories
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling & field visits
- Basic understanding of corporate environment
Preferred:
Electrical / MEP / Facility Management industry
- Existing network of facility/admin professionals
