Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Shopify Agency
We’re looking for someone who can actually close deals — not just talk on calls. This role is directly connected to our growth, so we need someone who understands responsibility and can handle volume + pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
– Handling incoming leads + doing outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
– Around 1000–1500 calls per month
– Booking meetings, managing calendar, and closing deals
– Keeping proper track of leads through CRM
Who this is for:
– You’ve worked with an IT company or agency before
– You have at least 2 years of experience
– You understand how sales actually works (not theory)
– You’re consistent, accountable, and don’t disappear mid-process
One important thing — in sales, people can call anytime.
If you’re not someone who can stay responsive and take ownership, this role won’t be a fit.
Salary: ₹20–25k + commission on closed deals
Timings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM
Location: Ludhiana or Remote
Basic requirements:
Laptop + Phone (both are must)
No beginners please. This is a serious role.
