Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who are interested in building a career in sales. The role involves interacting with professionals and graduates, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable upskilling programs offered by Crio.Do.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Crio.Do programs and the tech learning landscape.
- Connect with prospective learners and guide them on career upskilling opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead engagement to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide market and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential learners and maintain a consultative sales approach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with interest in sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn about the tech industry.

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:30 PM
Location: Bangalore & Chennai (Work from Office)
