Role Description
The Product Demo Consultant will work closely with prospective clients to showcase and demonstrate Crio’s innovative learning platform. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering product walkthroughs, understanding client pain points, addressing queries, and customizing demonstrations to meet unique needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding client requirements and tailoring product demonstrations effectively
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to engage with potential clients, deliver compelling demos, and build strong relationships
- Customer Service skills to address queries, provide solutions, and maintain client satisfaction
- Knowledge of Product Management to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic team environments
- Experience in tech or education-related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
