Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to meet sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong expertise in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
