Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
● Identify, evaluate, and develop potential business opportunities to build long-term,
mutually beneficial relationships.
● Generate and qualify new business leads across clinical research domains.
● Manage client inquiries related to clinical trials, clinical trial feasibility, execution (Phase
II–IV), medical writing, data management, biostatistics, and IOR/EOR support, ensuring
timely follow-up and due diligence.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining
clear, professional, and timely communication.
● Oversee project inquiries from initiation to award, including handling confidentiality
agreements, contracts, and vendor coordination.
● Participate in client and internal meetings to support discussions and ensure the smooth
execution of projects.
● Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, invoices, and maintain accurate sales
documentation.
● Conduct targeted market research to identify suitable solutions for clinical trials and
feasibility requirements.
● Maintain and update vendor and customer databases while tracking sales trends.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Life Sciences, pharmacy, medical,
or related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business support, customer success, or account
management.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint,
Teams), with experience using digital documentation systems.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability to conduct structured research, process data, and prepare concise
reports related to clinical trial execution and feasibility.
● Skilled in preparing clear, accurate, and well-structured business documents (reports,
proposals, presentations, etc.).
● Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as per project or client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, client relations, vendor management,
or sales within clinical research, and/ or trial operations.
● Prior experience managing or supporting clinical trial projects is highly desirable.
● Exposure to key account management and B2B/B2C interactions.
● Familiarity with CRM Systems, tracking tool.
Language Proficiency
● Excellent written English is mandatory and will be assessed during the selection process.
● Good spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly across international teams
and clients.
