Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, managing existing accounts, and communicating effectively to promote the organization's services. The role involves creating strategies to expand the company’s reach within the architecture and design industry while working closely with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of the business landscape, preferably in architecture and design
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
