We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing B2B team in the cosmetics industry. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy building strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this could be a great fit.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
-Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
-Maintain regular communication to understand client needs
-Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively
-Identify market opportunities and competitive advantages
-Drive sales growth with both new and existing customers
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years), preferably in B2B cosmetics
-Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
-A proactive, energetic approach with a client-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)

-Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
