About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to expand our CGM business in India. This role will focus on developing partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors, and driving channel growth for our diabetes care products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for CGM products across doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributor channels
- Identify, approach, and onboard new partners, and convert prospects into active customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and channel partners
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and expand business opportunities
- Track market feedback, competitor activity, and channel developments to support business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, channel sales, or medical device sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good command of English and Hindi; additional regional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Experience
Experience in doctor engagement, clinic onboarding, distributor development, or healthcare channel sales will be highly preferred.
Experience in medical devices, diabetes care, diagnostics, or digital health will be an advantage.
