π Business Development Executive (BDE) β Global Salesπ Location: Hyderabad (On-site)πΌ Experience: 0-1 Years (Inside Sales / High-Ticket Sales)π― About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to sell globally recognized professional security certifications to a worldwide audience.
This is a performance-driven, high-growth role where you will work with inbound, high-intent leads and close deals ranging from $50 to $1000+ certifications.
π° Compensation
- Fixed Salary: βΉ20,000/month
- Performance Incentives: βΉ10,000 β βΉ30,000+/month
- Total Earning Potential: βΉ50,000+/month for performers
π Unlimited earning potential based on performance
π₯ What You Will Do
- Engage with inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Conduct discovery calls with global prospects (US, Middle East, India)
- Understand candidate background and recommend the right certification
- Handle objections and close sales via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain daily pipeline and update CRM
π― What We Are Looking Forβ
Must Have:
- 0-1 years of inside sales / closing experience
- Experience selling βΉ20K+ or high-ticket products/services
- Strong spoken English (global communication)
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives

- EdTech / certification sales
- Study abroad / career counseling
- Training / coaching sales
- International sales exposure
β Not a Fit If:
- Only experience in low-ticket telecalling (<βΉ10K products)
- Weak English communication
- No closing experience
- Looking for non-target roles
