Connectezy is a fast-growing platform focused on building structured, high-engagement networks for institutions such as Colleges, Universities, Schools, and Professional Communities. We help institutions strengthen alumni engagement, communication, networking, and community growth through a dedicated digital ecosystem. We are building long-term institutional partnerships and are looking for strong sales professionals to help us scale.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership Business Development role focused on acquiring institutional partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying, meeting, pitching, and converting senior decision-makers across educational institutions mentioned above.
This role requires confidence, persistence, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach Directors, Deans, Principals, Trustees, and Management of schools and Colleges.
- Generate leads via calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and field visits
- Fix meetings and conduct product presentations (online & in-person)
- Manage complete sales cycle from first contact to closure
- Maintain follow-up discipline and pipeline tracking
- Build long-term relationships with institutions
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in B2B / Institutional / EdTech Sales
Comfortable speaking to senior leadership
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Willing to travel for meetings
Experience in the education sector is a strong plus
Having an MBA is a plus.
Languages: English and Tamil
