We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive to join CntrlM. This role focuses on acquiring new clients for our content, marketing, and production services.
If you have experience in selling digital marketing, content, or creative services—and enjoy pitching ideas and closing deals—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, brands, businesses)
- Pitch CntrlM’s services (content, social media, video production, marketing strategy)
- Handle client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal team for proposals
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably digital marketing/content/media sales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of social media, content, and branding
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently
Preferred:
- Experience working in a marketing agency or media company
- Familiarity with Instagram marketing, ad campaigns, or content production
