Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation strategies, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Business Development Executive will also manage client accounts and be responsible for strategizing business development initiatives, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business strategy and planning
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and nurturing client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
