Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to design customer-focused strategies, maintain strong professional relationships, and create actionable plans to drive business growth in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and proactively meet business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with enterprise training or ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage
