Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Lucknow office. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Key tasks include engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, creating proposals, and building long-term business relationships. The Executive will contribute to the overall growth of the organization by identifying revenue-generation opportunities and implementing effective business strategies.
Salary & Incentives:
* Salary Range: 8K - 16K + Incentives
* Fresher candidates will be purely on incentive based during Internship period of 3 months

Qualifications:
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Knowledge of Business processes and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior internship or work experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
