Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and fostering lasting business relationships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and growing the organization's client base.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech, or related fields)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with an interest in sales, marketing, or business development are preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales and lead funnel activities
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Connect with school principals, college deans, and management for collaboration opportunities
- Visit schools and colleges for business development and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
