🔹 Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
🔹 Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
🔹 Experience: 0–1 Year
🔹 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls and follow-ups
• Explain our training programs, career opportunities, and course benefits
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Understand candidate requirements and provide proper guidance
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team growth
• Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
🎯 Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for Sales, Counseling, and Business Development
• Basic knowledge of lead handling and customer interaction
• Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred
