We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong career in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
🔹 Experience: fresher or 6mnths - 1yr
🔹 CTC: 18K - 20K (For freshers), upto 4lpa
🔹 Location: Bangalore
🔹 Industry: Open (EdTech / FinTech / Real Estate preferred)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers and generate leads
- Understand customer needs and explain product offerings
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of any South Indian language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam) is a plus
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
