KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Handling: Handle interested leads provided by the company.
Sales Conversion: Connect with leads through calls and follow-ups and convert them into customers.
Customer Interaction: Understand customer requirements, explain our services and confidently handle queries.
Payment Follow-up: Convince customers and ensure full or partial payment to close the sale.
Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and earn additional incentives.
