About the Role: ClaimNinja is fighting for patients who have been unfairly rejected or short-settled by their health insurance. We are looking for highly motivated, locally connected Field Executives across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to be our boots on the ground and drive our mission forward.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role designed for individuals who thrive in the field, have a strong local network, and want to tie their earnings directly to their hustle. You will be the face of ClaimNinja for patients who desperately need our help.
What You Will Do:
- On-Ground Acquisition: Visit local hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to identify and connect with patients who have paid out-of-pocket for their medical bills.
- Pitch & Educate: Explain the ClaimNinja "Zero Fee Until You Win" model to patients and build instant trust.
- Document Collection: Act as the physical bridge—collect discharge files and bills from patients and upload them securely via our partner app/portal.
- Network Building: Build relationships with hospital billing departments and TPA desk staff to generate a steady stream of referrals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Extreme self-starters who do not need to be micromanaged and are comfortable managing their own schedules.
- People with deep local roots and a strong understanding of the geography and healthcare landscape of their city.
- Fluency in the local regional language as well as Hindi/English.
- Previous experience in field sales, insurance, real estate, or pharma sales is a massive plus.
What You Need:
- A reliable two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- A smartphone with a good camera and active internet connection.
