Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune District. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and providing strategic insights to drive growth and revenue. Regular communication with stakeholders and understanding client requirements will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
