📢 We're hiring at Cimplify.AI | Business Development Executive – AI Solutions
We're looking for someone who can turn business conversations into business opportunities.
At Cimplify.AI, we help businesses solve real operational problems using AI — from automating manual workflows and processing documents to making information trapped across systems more accessible and useful.
We're looking for a hands-on B2B sales professional who enjoys finding new customers, understanding their challenges, building relationships and closing deals.
What you'll do
- Identify and engage prospective customers across target industries and markets.
- Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities for AI-led solutions.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations and closure.
- Work directly with the founders and technical team to turn customer problems into practical solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or solution selling.
- Experience selling technology solutions, IT services, enterprise software, automation or consulting services is a plus.
- A track record of generating opportunities and moving deals towards closure.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A curious, commercially minded approach to understanding business problems.
- Exposure to overseas customers or cross-border business development is an advantage.
