Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. The Business Development Executive will actively contribute to strategy development, market expansion efforts, and meeting company revenue objectives. This role requires effective communication, an understanding of business solutions, and the ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and identify market opportunities
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong Business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategies that align with company goals
- Excellent Communication abilities, including interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of AI technology or the software sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in business development or sales roles is highly desirable
