Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Accounting

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience selling US Accounting & Bookkeeping services to CPA firms and US businesses. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals for outsourced accounting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads in the US market via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Pitch US Accounting services such as: Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, Payroll & AR/AP, Year-end & CPA support.
- Connect with CPA firms, accounting firms, and SMBs
- Understand client pain points and propose suitable outsourcing solutions
- Coordinate with accounting team for proposals & pricing
- Close deals and meet monthly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience selling US Accounting / CPA outsourcing services
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Proven experience in cold calling & email outreach
- Familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to work independently in US time zones
