Brief Role
CEO Enterprises is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support business growth across electrical projects, power solutions, air conditioning, air coolers, and home appliances. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, digital presence management, and supporting sales activities to drive revenue growth in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Manage LinkedIn company page and social media presence.
- Handle inquiries from website, WhatsApp, phone, and social media channels.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, industries, and commercial clients.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on quotations.
- Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams for smooth customer communication.
- Support customer retention and after-sales engagement activities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
