Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Dehradun. The Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role includes strategizing and implementing initiatives to drive business growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with the team to meet organizational goals and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and build successful sales pipelines.
- Experience in Business and Account Management to establish, manage, and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, to engage and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in building client relationships and contributing to team success; a customer-first mindset is essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines, analyze market trends, and create strategies tailored to achieving company goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the automobile services industry is a plus.
