Career Crafters is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the Australian Accounting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Australian accounting and bookkeeping market.
✅ Connect with Australian accounting firms, CPAs, tax consultants, and business owners to develop potential partnerships.
✅ Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
✅ Pitch outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and financial services to prospective clients.
✅ Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored service solutions.
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Australian clients.
✅ Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
✔ Understanding of the Australian accounting industry and outsourcing business model.
✔ Experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
✔ Familiarity with Australian accounting services, including BAS, GST, bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation, will be an advantage.
✔ Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks is a plus.
✔ Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
✔ Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.
