Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ambala. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. The role also entails promoting banking products and services tailored to client needs while ensuring effective communication to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business relationship building
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and effectively meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role is an advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local markets and businesses in the region is highly desirable
