Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities across event segments such as exhibitions, govt events, venues, sports, festivals and brands promotions. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation through calls, meetings, networking, and digital channels, as well as preparing proposals and pricing in line with client requirements, negotiating terms, closures while collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, track market trends and competitor activity and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.
- Prior experience in events, staffing, hospitality, or related service industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, conduct client visits, and attend events or meetings as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
