About the Role:
You will be responsible for expanding our presence in cold chain packaging & temperature-controlled solutions, driving B2B sales, and building long-term partnerships across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharma, food, logistics & healthcare sectors
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
- Develop sales strategies aligned with market demand
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Preferably from cold chain, packaging, logistics, or related industries
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Ability to work independently and drive results
