Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads through market research and outreach, managing and growing client accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves crafting strategic business development plans, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating across teams to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and acquire potential clients
- Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in email marketing or direct marketing services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
