Responsibilities
- Represent Brandshark at client meetings, business events, conferences, networking sessions, and industry gatherings.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable branding, digital marketing, IT, and software solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, and project management to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build, track, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Attend exhibitions, startup events, corporate meets, and networking platforms to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, competitor activities, and client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure strong relationship management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in selling IT services, branding, digital marketing, or software solutions.
- Strong B2B And B2C sales experience..
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong networking, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable attending external meetings, conferences, and corporate events independently.
- Strong understanding of client engagement and relationship management.
