Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
Connect with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable company services or solutions.
Schedule meetings, calls, and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Follow up with leads regularly and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other necessary business documents with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems or tracking sheets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
Support client retention through effective communication and post-sales follow-up.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Good understanding of market research and lead generation techniques.
