Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales/business development, and a basic understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
- Pitch digital marketing services, including Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools is a plus.
