Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity, based in Pune Division with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging with potential clients to promote Brainverse Learning’s eLearning solutions. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals and drive growth. The ideal candidate will effectively analyze market trends, represent the organization at meetings and events, and ensure fulfillment of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Familiarity with Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent Business and Communication skills, including negotiations and presentations
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the eLearning or technology sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
