Role Description
We are looking for a smart and driven BDE to generate leads with a strong focus on Upwork and LinkedIn outreach and grow our business on top freelance and professional platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Mohali District. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and generating qualified leads through market research and strategic outreach.

โข Identify and bid on relevant projects on ๐๐ฉ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค
โข Generate leads and engage prospects through ๐๐ข๐ง๐ค๐๐๐๐ง
โข Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
โข Build and maintain long-term client relationships
โข Collaborate with the internal team to close deals effectively

โข 0โ1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
โข Strong communication & writing skills
โข Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelance platforms is a plus
โข Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
