- Handle all inbound inquiries from corporate clients through email, calls, and WhatsApp. • Understand client requirements (budget, occasion, quantity, customization) and recommend the most suitable gifting solutions. • Share detailed proposals, pricing, and presentations in line with brand guidelines. • Coordinate with internal teams — design, production, and logistics — to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction. • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets. • Ensure all communication reflects the premium tone and professionalism of the brand. • Manage the entire sales cycle — from inquiry to order closure and post-sale followup. • Build long-term relationships with clients and work towards repeat business. • Support the sales team with insights from client interactions to refine offerings and sales strategies
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English. • The ability to convince customers and effectively handle escalations is essential. • Experience handling inbound B2B leads independently. • Consultative selling approach — ability to listen, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions. • Fast response time and proactive client engagement. • High level of coordination with internal teams and attention to detail. • Strong data discipline — must update CRM/trackers accurately. • Professional attitude, presentation, and problem-solving mindset. • Minimum 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or event management industry.
