Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive from a service-based industry to drive growth for our compliance, accounting, tax filing, and business registration services. This role will own lead generation, pre-sales, and closures, while also contributing to basic marketing initiatives to improve lead quality and volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, partnerships, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Qualify prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services.
- Plan and execute basic marketing initiatives to support lead generation (e.g., LinkedIn outreach and Meta Ads support).
- Manage inbound and outbound leads for GST, ITR, company registration, bookkeeping, and compliance services.
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Share proposals and pricing, and coordinate with the CA/compliance team for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.Com/MBA or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / pre-sales within a service-based industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Working knowledge of basic marketing channels and lead-generation methods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM/Google Sheets/Email/WhatsApp tools.
- English language proficiency required.
