Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Patna. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and supporting account management functions. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, creating strategic plans, conducting client meetings, and contributing to negotiation processes to secure partnerships and new business. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business strategy and planning
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related industry is an advantage
