We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive | Blostem
At Blostem, we’re building fintech infrastructure that enables platforms to launch financial products in days, not months. If you enjoy solving commercial problems, building relationships, and driving growth, we’d love to talk.
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (1–3 years experience) to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Drive lead generation and outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Engage in high-volume client conversations and build strong relationships
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships
- Conduct market and competitor research to unlock new opportunities
- Support pitch decks, proposals, and deal execution
- Manage and track the BD pipeline using CRM tools
- Work closely with product and marketing to enable growth
🤖 AI in your workflow:
- Use AI tools to accelerate prospect research and lead enrichment
- Craft personalized outreach using AI-assisted drafting + human refinement
- Build structured prompts to extract market insights and competitive intelligence
- Use AI to summarize meetings, generate notes, and improve follow-ups
- Apply AI responsibly, ensuring accuracy, context, and authenticity in communication
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales / partnerships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with calling and outbound outreach as a core part of the role
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and AI-driven workflows is a strong plus
