Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive for a full-time hybrid role, based in Barasat with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients. Other responsibilities include managing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to achieve revenue and growth targets while contributing to the overall success of BizGROW Solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Development
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generating new leads from open sources
- Prospecting potential leads on a regular basis
- Approaching for business collaboration to Small-Mid sized businesses
- Coordinating with business vendors and service providers for tie-ups
- Closing sales deals (end-to-end execution)
- Strategizing retention plans and contributing into CLV
This role requires occasional field visits, candidate with personal vehicle (Two-Wheeler) will be preferred more.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable)
- Variable/Incentives: Percentage of Deal Size (Recurring)
- Allowances: Daily Allowances will be provided separately
