Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, handling account management, and leading initiatives to drive revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication, strategic planning, and collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Sound knowledge of Business practices for strategic planning and development
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiations
- Experience with Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficient understanding of market trends and industry insights to inform business strategies
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
