Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients in the design and promotional products sectors. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations or demos, coordinating proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with design and operations teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated, support account management activities to drive client retention and growth, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management, including client relationship building, upselling, and retention activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in design services, IT services, or related creative industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and online research; familiarity with promotional products or design workflows is an advantage.
