Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Assistant Manager – International Partnerships & Client Relations to support partner onboarding, student recruitment, and relationship management across global markets. The role involves B2B channel development, partner management, and coordination with admissions teams to drive student enrollments from international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development
Identify and onboard new education agents, student recruitment partners, and institutional alliances across assigned regions.
Maintain regular communication with partners to drive engagement and business performance.
Support in negotiating partnership terms under guidance from the Manager.
2.Business Growth & Student Recruitment
Drive student enrollment targets through B2B partnerships and B2C student leads.
Monitor lead pipeline, follow up on applications, and ensure conversions.
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations/webinars for partners and students.
Participate in education fairs, student events, and recruitment campaigns.
3.Client Relationship Management
Act as the point of contact for partner support across admissions, documentation, and program queries.
Ensure timely resolution of partner/client escalations.
Conduct product knowledge sessions and partner training on programs and university offerings.
4.Operational Coordination
Coordinate with admissions, academic, and marketing teams for smooth applicant onboarding.
Track student application status and ensure documentation accuracy.
Maintain partner reports, sales trackers, and weekly business reviews.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred in Marketing/Business/International Relations)
4–6 years of experience in Client Relations / Business Development / Overseas Education / EdTech / International Recruitment
Experience working with education agents or international student recruitment is preferred
Willingness to travel for partner meetings/events
