Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. The role involves developing strategies to achieve sales targets, engaging in effective communication with stakeholders, and contributing to organizational growth. The ideal candidate will represent Bhoomi’s values and take a proactive approach to expanding market reach and fostering client collaborations.
Requirements:
- Proven skills in New Business Development, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Experience in Lead Generation and converting prospects into clients
- Knowledge of Business operations and strategies that drive growth
- Strong Communication skills for client engagement and stakeholder management
- Account Management experience for maintaining and growing client relationships
- Self-drive and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly and annual sales plans for your assigned region.
- Manage and respond to sales inquiries and customer leads.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer negotiations, address queries, and resolve complaints.
- Ensure timely payment collections and manage customer accounts and claims.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Support the implementation of company strategies in both domestic and international markets.
- Collate and analyze market data to guide business decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track and analyze sales performance and recommend improvements as needed.
- Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Assist in marketing, advertising, and product promotion activities.
- Conduct on-site customer visits to provide product demonstrations and service support.
- Collaborate with other Sales Engineers and teams to study product developments and sales trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related field, MBA (in sales and marketing) will be added advantage
- Understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and industry standards related to Instrumentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving technical challenges encountered during Product Promotion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from different department and contribute to achieving sales goals.
