We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to engage with potential users, understand their requirements, and convert them into premium customers. The role involves outbound calling, consultative selling, and managing the user journey from first interaction to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential users via outbound calls
- Understand client requirements and preferences
- Explain product features, plans, and benefits
- Handle objections and close sales
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions
- Build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
