We are a one-stop business solutions and consultation firm for the mid-scale organisations. As we scale, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own our new business pipeline end-to-end.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Business Development Executive to lead the full sales cycle — from identifying the right prospects to closing them as clients. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both the hunt and the close. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and the person who turns cold leads into signed deals.
What You'll Do
- Prospecting & Contact Discovery Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers that fit our ideal client profile. Build and maintain a clean, qualified pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Cold Outreach Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls. Craft personalised messaging that gets responses — not template spam. Test, iterate, and improve outreach performance over time.
- Lead Nurturing Stay on top of warm leads with thoughtful follow-ups. Build trust, answer early questions, and move prospects toward a discovery conversation at their pace.
- Meeting Setup & Discovery Calls Book qualified meetings with decision-makers. Run discovery calls to understand the prospect's challenges, goals, and fit with our services.
- Pitching & Closing Lead pitch meetings, present tailored proposals, handle objections, negotiate scope and pricing, and close deals. Own the deal from first touch to signed contract.
- Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records in the CRM. Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Continuously refine the playbook based on what's working.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience, ideally in an agency, consulting, or B2B services environment
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals (or strong evidence you can)
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a cold email someone actually wants to reply to
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait for leads to be handed to you
- Sharp commercial instincts and ability to read what a prospect actually needs
- Resilient, persistent, and coachable

Compensation Structure
Base: ₹25,000–35,000/month
Variable based on tiers:
- 0-1 deals/month → no commission
- 2-3 deals/month → 5% of closed revenue
- 4+ deals/month → 8-10% of closed revenue
