The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (BDE)
-Identify and connect with potential clients including schools, colleges, institutions, and partner organizations.
-Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with principals, placement officers, academic coordinators, and institutional decision-makers.
-Build and maintain strong professional relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
-Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, calls, emails, and professional outreach.
-Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, institutional visits, career events, and partnership discussions.
-Explain company programs, services, and value propositions effectively to potential clients and stakeholders.
-Manage end-to-end follow-up processes to convert leads into long-term institutional partnerships.
+Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, partnerships, and business activities using company tracking systems.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional programs, events, and collaborations.
-Support business expansion initiatives by identifying new opportunities, market trends, and partnership possibilities.
-Meet assigned business development targets and contribute toward company growth objectives.
-Travel within and outside the city (when required) for client meetings, partnerships, and institutional engagement activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
