Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
The role involves client acquisition, sales strategy execution, proposal creation, and coordination with creative and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities -
- Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and government organizations
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities
Sales & Client Acquisition-
- Pitch company services including video production, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and creative campaigns
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Government & Tender-Based Opportunities
- Identify and participate in Government tenders and procurement opportunities
- Manage activities on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, including bid participation and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tender requirements are fulfilled
Client Relationship Management -
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver projects successfully
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure client expectations are met
Reporting & CRM Management-
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates
- Track business development performance and revenue targets
Eligibility Criteria -
Education-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Skills Required -
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Knowledge of GeM portal and government tenders (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good understanding of digital marketing and creative services industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
