Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in business development within the healthcare and startup ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Assist in sales planning and execution strategies
- Pitch products/services to prospective clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi speaking preferred
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts is a plus
